  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns

  • If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
  • We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
