- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns

- If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
- We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
